Instrumentation Valves
Overview
The instrumentation valve is a pipeline accessory. It is used to change the channel section and the medium flow’s direction and control the transmission medium flow of a device.
Instrumentation valve includes Instrumentation Ball Valve, Needle valve, Check Valve, Metering Valve, Gauge Valves, etc.
The instrumentation valve is used in any instrumented measuring service. And it is used for isolation, venting, blocking, and venting static pressure, absolute pressure, gauge pressure, and level and instrument lines.
Full Product Description
Instrumentation Ball Vavles
The instrumentation ball valves are widely used in food, beverage, medical equipment, transportation, chemical, water treatment, oil and gas, and other industries of the process measurement and control system.
The instrumentation Ball valves in the pipeline are mainly used to cut off, distribute, and change the medium’s flow direction. It only needs to rotate 90 degrees of operation, and a small torque can close tight.
Needle Valves
Needle valves use precisely designed tapered pins that gradually open up space for precise flow control. Needle valves are used for positive leakage tight closing, and fluid and gas regulation. These valves are suitable for instrumentation and general-purpose applications up to 5,000 PSI.
Check Valves
Check valves are used in hydraulic systems to prevent the reverse flow of oil or in pneumatic systems to prevent the reverse flow of compressed air.
Metering Valves
The main application of metering valves is to control gas flow into a vacuum vessel accurately. The metering valve is widely used in petroleum, natural gas, nuclear, power station, shipping, metallurgy, heavy machinery, scientific research institutes, and other industries.
Markets & Applications
Instrumentation valves have many applications in the control process
Oil & Gas
Instrumentation valves are used in all aspects of the market, including exploration, upstream or downstream, deep hole drilling, chemical fracturing, natural gas, CNG & LNG storage, and transportation.
Chemical & Petro-Chemical Processing
Chemical and chemically treated instrumentation fittings and valves are used in all industrial applications, from research laboratories and production processes to test plants.
Power Plants
Instrumentation fittings and valves have many applications in the control process of power plants, including boilers, exhaust boilers and incinerators, turbine generators, condensers, material handling systems, etc.
