Wellhead fittings & valve components include Grease Fittings, Bleeder Fittings, Check Fittings, Cavity Plugs, Relief Valves, and Bleeder Bonnet.
These are supplied for high-pressure applications such as oil&gas pipelines, wellhead, petrochemical, refinery or industrial fluid control, etc. At the same time, it is also used in various Large-Calibred valves, such as Gate valves, Trunnion mounted ball valves, Plug valves, etc., belonging to the main parts of the valve accessories.
Functions of valve fittings include grease or sealant injection, pressure relief, flow directing, etc.
This series of products are designed and manufactured according to API specifications.
Grease Fittings are installed onto the seat and stem of valves. Leakage may occur when the sealed part wears off or for other reasons. The leakage will be closed temporarily by injecting the grease through the grease fitting to secure time for remedial measures.
Bleed Fittings are installed onto the valve seat to vent the small amount of gas and pollutant in the valve.
Internal Check Fittings are installed below lubrication fittings to provide back flow protection.
Cavity plugs are versatile and can be used in any manifold where one valve serves several machines or options, either blocking flow completely or rerouting flow as needed.
Relief Valves are designed to ensure the safety and protection of downstream process equipment by venting excess pressure from a regulator should a minor seat leak occur.
Wellhead Fittings are used to lubricate mechanical systems such as wellhead and valves and inject grease to improve pipeline integrity.
Bleeders can also be used on instrumentation devices such as multivalve manifolds or gauge valves to vent signal line pressure to the atmosphere before removing an instrument or to calibrate control devices.
